RIVULETS
Knowledge and devotion
Rivulets that join
Enjoin the one divine
Blend together in symphony
One turns into the other in harmony
Simply two rivers
That flow
To the One

Just as the roots, trunk, twigs, leaves and flowers of a tree open out into the same space - so do Karma, Bhakti, Gnana and all forms of Union with the Divine lead to the same God. 'Akashat Patitam Toyam Yatha Gachathi Sagaram - Sarvadeva Namaskaraha Sri Keshavam Pratigachathi
Simple words, but have lots of meaning.
Dear parvati,
Thankyou and happy to meet someone with my name!
That's a lovely compliment.
These thoughts walked in simply in a flash as I was listening to a beautiful devotional song by Yesudas on Krishna. Yesudas soul-stirring yearing for Krishna comes out so well in his songs (the not-allowing him in Guruvayoor must have spurred it!)
I have not read Sri Aurobindo yet
